Job Title: AI Visual Designer / Prompt Engineer

Job Summary

• We are looking for an experienced AI Visual Designer and Prompt Engineer who can create polished, visually compelling images using generative AI tools.
• This role is not simply about knowing how to write prompts.
• We need someone with a strong understanding of graphic design, visual composition and creative direction.
• You should be able to recognise what makes an image look professional, balanced and commercially usable—and know how to improve an image when it is not working.

What you will do

• Create high-quality AI visuals from creative briefs and reference images
• Develop and refine prompts to achieve a specific visual direction
• Improve composition, lighting, colour, styling, framing and overall image quality
• Maintain consistency across a series of campaign images
• Edit and refine generated visuals.
• Respond to feedback and produce revisions
• Create visuals suitable for commercial, editorial and social media use

What we are looking for

• Strong experience creating AI-generated images
• A graphic design background or strong practical knowledge of graphic design principles
• Excellent visual judgement and attention to detail
• A strong understanding of composition, typography, colour, lighting and visual hierarchy
• Ability to work from references without simply copying them
• Ability to create images that feel intentional, polished and commercially relevant
• Experience with tools such as Midjourney, ChatGPT image generation, Flux, Stable Diffusion, Leonardo, Adobe Firefly or similar platforms
• Basic image-editing or retouching skills are highly desirable
• Ability to follow a creative brief and accept detailed feedback.

Salary
N200,000 per month.
