We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales and Operations Intern

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Your tasks

• Assist customers with inquiries regarding new and used vehicles, as well as vehicle transport services, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Support the implementation of marketing campaigns and promotional activities aimed at increasing vehicle and transport sales.
• Assist in customer acquisition and retention by engaging with prospective and existing customers through various communication channels.
• Maintain regular contact with customers and provide basic after-sales support.
• Create and share customer updates during vehicle transport processes, including short vehicle handover videos and content for customer communication platforms.
• Provide administrative support in daily office operations, including documentation, record keeping, and customer follow-up.
• Support office staff in coordinating daily activities and ensuring smooth business operations.
• Learn and apply company sales processes, customer service standards, and operational procedures to contribute effectively to team objectives.

Your profile

• Bachelors degree or currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program and expected to graduate within the next 12 months.
• Knowledge of and interest in cars.
• First experiencein vehicle sales, customer support or banking (not mandatory).
• Good knowledge of common IT systems, AI, CRM and MS Office.
• Accurate work, diligence, and a sense of responsibility with high intrinsic motivation.
• Valid driving licence required for test drives and vehicle transfers (preferred but not compulsory).
• Residence on Lagos Island (VI, Lekki, Ajah, Awoyaya e.t.c).
• Smart NYSC candidates and fresh graduates are encouraged toapply.

Salary
N100,000 - N200,000 per month.
