Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth through new business acquisition, account expansion, and strategic client relationship management.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling cloud solutions, managing the full B2B technology sales cycle, and delivering sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve new logo targets.
- Expand existing customer accounts through cross-selling and increased wallet share.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, proposal development, negotiation, and closure.
- Conduct outbound prospecting and sales activities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Collaborate with Presales, Delivery, Finance, and Marketing teams to support deal execution.
- Support contract negotiations, documentation, and compliance processes.
- Achieve individual revenue targets and contribute to team goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant professional certifications is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as an Account Manager or Sales Executive in technology, OEM, or ISV sales.
- Proven experience in selling cloud-based solutions and managing the full B2B sales cycle.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships with key decision-makers and develop long-term, high-value customer relationships.
- Existing professional network that can be leveraged for business development and client acquisition.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and new logo acquisition targets.
- Strong experience managing complex sales pipelines with high CRM data integrity.
- Expertise in strategic account expansion, CRM software, and pipeline management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and proposal development skills.
- Prior experience working with reputable organizations and a strong track record of performance in similar roles.
Salary
N750,000 Monthly (Gross).
