We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: General Counsel / Head of Legal

Location: Lagos
Job Type:F ull time

Responsibilities

• The successful candidate will lead all legal, governance, and transactional structuring activities across investment banking, mining finance, structured transactions, commodity trading, SPVs, and strategic partnerships.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years post-call experience
• Strong background in project finance, investment banking, energy, infrastructure, mining, or international transactions
• Experience drafting complex commercial agreements and structured finance documentation
• Excellent negotiation and regulatory engagement skills
• Experience as an SEC-registered individual is an advantage
