Responsibilities

• The ideal candidate will oversee enterprise-wide compliance, AML/KYC systems, governance, regulatory engagement, and institutional risk management frameworks.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years relevant experience
• Background in financial services regulation, banking, investment management, or commodities
• Professional certifications in compliance/risk management advantageous
• Strong understanding of governance and regulatory frameworks with the SEC environment is a must.
