We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Growth & Community Specialist

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Own and manage our client's presence on Twitter/X, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Develop and execute weekly content calendars, campaigns, and creator spotlights
• Build and grow our client's WhatsApp and Telegram creator communities
• Identify, establish and manage partnerships with Nigerian influencers, newsletters (TechCabal, Zikoko etc), and creator communities
• Plan and execute giveaways, challenges, and seasonal campaigns to drive sign-ups
• Track and report on growth KPIs: follower growth, reach, creator sign-ups, referral traffic
• Collaborate with the Creator Partnerships Manager to create acquisition content
• Represent the client at relevant creator and tech events in Lagos and online

How we will easure success

• Monthly creator sign-ups attributed to marketing channels
• Social media follower growth and engagement rate
• Community size (WhatsApp/Telegram) and activity levels
• Website traffic from organic and social channels.

What we are looking for

• Minimum of a BSc or HND in any relevant field.
• Must have completed NYSC (Discharge certificate or Exemption letter required).
• 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or community management
• Deeply plugged into Nigerian creator culture — you know the key voices, communities, and trends
• Strong copywriting skills in a conversational, engaging tone (Nigerian tone is a plus)
• Hands-on experience with social media scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar)
• Analytical mindset — comfortable reading dashboards and reporting on what's working
• Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment preferred
• Bonus: experience with SEO, email marketing (Mailchimp / Brevo), or paid social ads.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 per month.
