Job Title: Sales Representative (NYSC / Intern)
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
Prospecting & Lead Generation:
- Identifying potential customers through cold calling, email outreach, networking, or referrals.
Presentations & Demonstrations:
- Showcasing product features, explaining benefits, and answering technical or pricing questions to fit client needs.
Negotiation & Closing:
- Discussing terms, quoting prices, finalizing contracts, and closing sales deals.
- Account Management: Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction, address issues, and encourage repeat business.
- Goal Tracking & Reporting: Meeting individual and team sales quotas while logging activities in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Assisting with data entry, data cleaning, or market research
Administrative & Daily Support
- Drafting social media content, writing blog posts, or managing digital platforms.
Learning & Professional Growth:
- Job shadowing senior colleagues across multiple office positions to learn how the business operates.
- Attending training sessions and completing onboarding tasks.
- Actively asking clarifying questions and providing regular status update
