We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Seafood Restaurant Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the restaurant's daily operations.
• Train, supervise, and evaluate restaurant staff.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and promptly resolve customer complaints.
• Monitor the quality, freshness, storage, and preparation of seafood products.
• Enforce food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Manage inventory of seafood, beverages, and restaurant supplies.
• Coordinate with seafood suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and product quality.
• Prepare staff schedules and manage labor costs.
• Monitor sales, expenses, and profitability.
• Develop and implement promotional activities to increase sales.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and equipment.
• Prepare operational and financial reports for management.

Requirement

• Ability to prepare various seafoods is Mandatory
