We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Finger Food / Pastry Chef

Location: Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Produce a variety of savory finger foods such as mini sandwiches, spring rolls, sausage rolls, meat pies, quiches, canapés, and puff pastries.
• Decorate cakes, pastries, and desserts according to customer or company standards.
• Develop new recipes and improve existing menu items.
• Measure and mix ingredients accurately following recipes.
• Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure product quality.
• Ensure attractive presentation and proper portioning of all food items.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, equipment, and workstations.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times.
• Monitor inventory and assist with ordering ingredients and supplies.
• Minimize food waste and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
• Work closely with other kitchen staff to meet production schedules and customer orders.
• Assist in preparing food for special events, buffets, and catering functions.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND qualification with 1 - 5 years experience.
