Job Title: Field Sales Agent

Locations: Ikotun, Agege, Apongbon and Mushin - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are hiring for a client in the Beverage / FMCG sector.
• If you have a passion for marketing/sales or previous experience in sales, then this is for you.

What you’ll do

• Sign up beverage vendors onto the company's platform.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors in your area.
• Identify new opportunities and generate leads consistently.
• Support onboarded vendors and ensure they’re actively using the platform.
• Hit your targets and grow your earnings

What we’re looking for

• Minimum of ND in marketing or related field
• 1-2 years experience in sales / marketing
• Someone who already knows the beverage trade in their area or is willing to learn
• Existing relationships with shop owners, vendors, or traders is a strong advantage.
• Self-driven, target-focused, and comfortable working independently
• Strong communication and people skills.

Remuneration

• Base Pay: N90000- N100,000 / month
• Can also be reviewed based on level of experience.

Commission:

• Additional earnings on every vendor you sign up and retain — the more you close, the more you earn
• Structure is performance-driven. Strong agents can earn well above the base pay.
