We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Salon Receptionist

Location: Wuse 2, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Receptionist is the first point of contact for clients. They are responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, managing appointments, handling payments, and ensuring smooth day-to-day front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to clients professionally.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments.
• Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and social media inquiries.
• Process payments and issue receipts.
• Maintain accurate client records.
• Promote salon products and services.
• Keep the reception area clean and organized.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
• Prepare daily sales and appointment reports.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree with 1-4 years experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Computer and POS knowledge.
• Well-groomed and professional appearance.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask under pressure.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 / Month.
