We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Creator Partnerships Executive

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

  • You are our client's frontline creator recruiter and relationship manager.
  • Your job is to find creators across Nigeria who have something to sell — courses, digital products, books, services — and convince them that our client’s platform is the best platform to sell on.
  • This role carries a dual mandate: you will execute a targeted hunt for "Whales" (established authorities, creators, coaches etc.) to offer our exclusive white-glove onboarding, while simultaneously casting a wide net to acquire and support everyday, mid-tier creators.
  • You don't just sign them up; you hold their hand until they make their first sale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and reach out to creators on Instagram, TikTok, Twitter / X, and YouTube.
  • Pitch our client's value proposition to creators and handle all objections confidently.
  • Execute a two-tier onboarding strategy: offering a complete, white-glove concierge setup for high-leverage "Vanguard" creators, and a guided, frictionless setup for standard creators.
  • Own the end-to-end creator onboarding journey — from first contact to first sale.
  • Help creators set up their Titaar store, upload products, and configure payouts.
  • Maintain a CRM pipeline of prospective, onboarding, and active creators.
  • Build relationships with creator communities, WhatsApp groups, and online guilds.
  • Gather platform feedback from creators and relay it to the technical team.
  • Hit monthly targets for new creator sign-ups and activated creators (first sale made).

How We'll Measure Success

  • Number of new creators onboarded per month (both vanguard and standard creators).
  • Creator activation rate (% who make their first sale within 30 days).
  • Pipeline size and conversion rate from outreach to active creator.
  • Overall GMV generated by your creator portfolio.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of a BSc or HND in any relevant field.
  • Must have completed NYSC (Discharge certificate or Exemption letter required).
  • 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or account management
  • Strong relationship-building and persuasion skills — you love talking to people and know how to talk to both everyday creators and busy, high-net-worth professionals.
  • Familiarity with Nigeria's creator economy — you know the key niches (finance, faith, fashion, fitness, tech etc).
  • Comfortable with outreach via WhatsApp, DMs, email, and phone calls.
  • Self-starter with strong follow-up discipline — you don't let leads go cold.
  • Experience using a CRM (even a spreadsheet-based one) to track pipeline.
  • Bonus: you are or have been a creator yourself.

Salary
N250,000 per month.
