Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid)

Job Summary

• Mabcodee Group is looking for a creative, energetic, and customer-focused Social Media, Graphics Design & Customer Experience Officer to manage our social media platforms, create engaging graphic content, support customer engagement, and assist in business development activities across our Real Estate, Auto, and Tours divisions.
• The ideal candidate should possess excellent graphic design skills, strong customer service experience, outstanding communication abilities, and the ability to convert inquiries into paying customers.

Key Responsibilities
Graphics Design & Social Media:

• Design engaging flyers, banners, and promotional materials.
• Create weekly marketing content for Mabcodee Blocks and Mabcodee Autos.
• Write compelling captions for social media posts
• Create monthly promotional and special event flyers.
• Ensure all designs are submitted for approval before scheduled posting dates.
• Capture and edit photos and videos for social media marketing.

Customer Service & Sales:

• Respond professionally to customer enquiries.
• Follow up with prospects and existing customers.
• Build relationships that increase customer satisfaction.
• Convert enquiries into sales across the company's business units.
• Collect customer feedback and prepare weekly reports.

Content Creation:

• Create engaging content from site inspections and project updates.
• Produce short-form videos and reels for social media
• Manage community engagement for Mabcodee Tours by posting relevant travel content and interacting with members.

Field Marketing:

• Participate in real estate property inspections.
• Join the Auto Rental team during prospecting activities.
• Attend Mabcodee Tours inspections, events, and hangouts.
• Represent the company professionally during field engagements.

Requirements

• OND, NCE, HND or Bachelor's Degree.
• Is female (preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in graphics design, customer service, digital marketing, or social media management.
• Strong knowledge of Canva and / or Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and customer conversion skills.
• Experience creating engaging social media content.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Must be proactive, creative, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Must be willing to travel for inspections and company activities.

Weekly Work Schedule:
Monday (Office – Command Office):

• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Post Monday Motivation graphics for Mabcodee Blocks and Mabcodee Autos.
• Attend Mabcodee Blocks Management Meeting.

Tuesday:

• Real Estate Site Inspection
• Meeting Point: Ikeja City Mall
• Time: 10:00 AM

Wednesday (Remote Work):

• Contact Mabcodee Blocks customers for feedback.
• Prepare customer feedback report.
• Create and publish content from construction sites.
• Create and publish Auto business content.
• Manage Mabcodee Tours online community.

Thursday:

• Join Auto Rental prospecting team
• Meeting Point: Ikeja City Mall
• Time: 10:00 AM

Friday (Office – Command Office):

• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Publish TGIF promotional content.
• Manage Mabcodee Tours online community.

Saturday or Sunday:

• Participate in Mabcodee Tours inspections or hangouts.
• Meeting Point: Ikeja City Mall
• Time: 1:00 PM.

Salary
N120,000 – N150,000 per month.
