Locations: Abia, Akwa Ibom, Anambra, Bayelsa, Cross River, Delta, Ebonyi, Edo, Enugu, Imo, Lagos, Ogun, Oyo, Osun, Ondo, Ekiti, and Rivers

Job Summary

  • We are seeking energetic, goal-oriented, and customer-focused Bike Riders (Sales Representatives) to drive sales and product distribution across assigned territories within the South East and South South regions of Nigeria.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting company products, increasing market penetration, acquiring new customers, maintaining excellent customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets while using a motorcycle for field operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell the company's products to retailers, wholesalers, and end-users within assigned territories.
  • Ride a company motorcycle to visit customers and maximize market coverage.
  • Identify and onboard new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Ensure adequate product availability and visibility at customer outlets.
  • Generate customer orders and facilitate timely product deliveries.
  • Collect payments where applicable and reconcile transactions accurately.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, customer visits, collections, and inventory.
  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the Sales Supervisor.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Represent the company positively and uphold its brand image.
  • Comply with all company policies, operational procedures, and road safety regulations.

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: SSCE / WAEC (OND or higher qualification is an added advantage).
  • Previous experience in field sales, FMCG sales, direct sales, or product distribution is an advantage.
  • Must be able to ride a motorcycle confidently and safely.
  • Valid Rider's Permit or Driver's License is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Good knowledge of the assigned territory and surrounding areas.
  • Honest, self-motivated, disciplined, and customer-focused.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good record-keeping and reporting skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned locations.

Successful candidates will be deployed to any of the following states:
