Descritpion

• CWIAK is hiring a dynamic Sales Executive to join our growing team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through advertising and sponsorship sales across our radio stations.
• You will engage directly with clients and media agencies to promote radio as an effective advertising medium, while building strong, long-lasting business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities to meet and exceed revenue targets
• Engage with prospects and clients to gather briefs and understand their advertising needs
• Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and campaign solutions
• Develop creative advertising strategies tailored to client goals
• Maintain and update client databases with relevant needs and targets
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Provide regular revenue forecasts and activity reports

Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Achievement of monthly sales targets
• Number of new leads generated and converted
• Conversion rate and average time to close deals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field
• Proven experience in a sales or client-facing role (1-2 years experience in media sales is an advantage)
