We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Field Operations Officer

Location: Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

  • As a Field Officer, you will play a key role in supporting environmental health and compliance activities across the Federal Capital Territory.
  • You will be responsible for delivering official notices to business premises, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring all field activities are properly documented.

Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:

  • Serving demand notices and other official documents to business establishments.
  • Retrieving acknowledged copies of served notices and returning them to the office.
  • Recording and documenting evidence where establishments refuse to acknowledge or receive notices.
  • Maintaining accurate field records and ensuring all activities are properly documented.
  • Organizing and filing field documents to support reporting and compliance.
  • Achieving assigned daily field targets while representing the organization professionally.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree, HND, or equivalent qualification.
  • Ability to work efficiently in the field and consistently achieve daily targets.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent record-keeping and documentation abilities.
  • Physically fit and willing to work outdoors.
  • Previous experience in field operations, compliance, marketing, customer service, data collection, or a related role is an advantage but not compulsory.
