Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive
Location: Wuse 2, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on leads through referrals, social media, marketing campaigns, networking, and direct prospecting activities.
- Engage prospective clients, understand their property needs, and recommend suitable property options.
- Conduct property inspections and presentations for prospective buyers.
- Negotiate and close sales transactions while meeting assigned targets.
- Support property marketing activities through social media, referrals, field marketing, and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with the digital/content team by providing property information, photos, videos, and market feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, inspections, and sales activities.
- Conduct market research and provide insights on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage referrals and repeat business.
- Prepare and submit periodic sales and activity reports.
- Represent the company professionally during client engagements, events, and property viewings.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and approved sales procedures.
- Perform other sales, marketing, and business development duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, in real estate sales is a Must.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet targets and work with minimal supervision.
- Good knowledge of social media platforms and basic digital marketing.
- Professional appearance and excellent customer relationship skills.
