We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive

Location: Wuse 2, Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and follow up on leads through referrals, social media, marketing campaigns, networking, and direct prospecting activities.
  • Engage prospective clients, understand their property needs, and recommend suitable property options.
  • Conduct property inspections and presentations for prospective buyers.
  • Negotiate and close sales transactions while meeting assigned targets.
  • Support property marketing activities through social media, referrals, field marketing, and promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the digital/content team by providing property information, photos, videos, and market feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, inspections, and sales activities.
  • Conduct market research and provide insights on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage referrals and repeat business.
  • Prepare and submit periodic sales and activity reports.
  • Represent the company professionally during client engagements, events, and property viewings.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and approved sales procedures.
  • Perform other sales, marketing, and business development duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, in real estate sales is a Must.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to meet targets and work with minimal supervision.
  • Good knowledge of social media platforms and basic digital marketing.
  • Professional appearance and excellent customer relationship skills.
