Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist guests by offering answers to inquiries.
- Take guests to rooms to view before paying.
- Ensure the room is in the right order before guests check out.
- Carry luggage of the departing guests to the hotel's lobby, guest room, or vehicle.
- Assist front desk staff with answering calls and making any necessary transfers to the appropriate people.
- Assist the Receptionist to set up any upcoming events and update any signs.
- Ensure room prep is in order before guest arrival.
