Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Summary
- As the Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales of petrol, CNG, and electric bikes and tricycles by acquiring new customers, building strategic partnerships, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and convert new customers while achieving assigned sales targets
- Conduct field visits to transport hubs, markets, garages, and fleet operators to generate leads and drive product adoption
- Build and maintain relationships with transport unions, cooperatives, logistics companies, and key stakeholders
- Organize product demonstrations, test rides, and promotional campaigns to increase market penetration
- Maintain accurate sales records, monitor market trends, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 1 - 3 years' experience in field sales, business development, or customer acquisition within the automotive, mobility, renewable energy, logistics, fintech, or related sectors
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills with a proven ability to meet sales targets
- Ability to explain technical products and financing solutions to customers in a simple and engaging manner
- Experience working with transport unions, cooperatives, fleet operators, or logistics companies is an added advantage.
