Job Summary
- They are is seeking a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive to drive property sales, identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and expand the company's client base.
- The ideal candidate is commercially minded, relationship-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase property sales and revenue.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, corporate partnerships, and market prospecting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, investors, and corporate organizations.
- Conduct property presentations, inspections, and negotiations with prospective buyers.
- Convert enquiries into successful property sales while meeting assigned sales targets.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to expand market share.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations.
- Manage the entire sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities using the company's CRM.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and industry functions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns that generate quality leads.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales and business development reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, Economics, or a related field.
- 3–5 years' experience in business development or sales, preferably within the real estate, financial services, insurance, or property development sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong understanding of the Abuja real estate market is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with strong commercial acumen.
