Job Summary

  • They are is seeking a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive to drive property sales, identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and expand the company's client base.
  • The ideal candidate is commercially minded, relationship-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase property sales and revenue.
  • Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, corporate partnerships, and market prospecting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, investors, and corporate organizations.
  • Conduct property presentations, inspections, and negotiations with prospective buyers.
  • Convert enquiries into successful property sales while meeting assigned sales targets.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to expand market share.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations.
  • Manage the entire sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities using the company's CRM.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and industry functions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns that generate quality leads.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales and business development reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years' experience in business development or sales, preferably within the real estate, financial services, insurance, or property development sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong understanding of the Abuja real estate market is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with strong commercial acumen.
