Job Summary
- We are seeking ambitious and target-driven Sales Executives to drive customer acquisition, account opening, deposit mobilization, and the sale of retail banking products.
- The ideal candidate should possess excellent sales, communication, and relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and onboard new customers.
- Open new retail bank accounts and promote digital banking solutions.
- Mobilize deposits and grow customer relationships.
- Cross-sell the bank's products and services.
- Achieve assigned sales and deposit targets.
- Provide excellent customer service while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- B.Sc. or HND in any discipline.
- Must have completed NYSC.
- 35 years and below.
- Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused and target-driven.
- Previous sales or banking experience is an added advantage.
