About the Role

  • We are seeking an experienced, service-oriented, and results-driven Front Office Manager to lead our Front Office operations.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing front desk operations, supervising the front office team, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Front Office department.
  • Supervise, coach, and motivate Front Desk staff to deliver exceptional guest service.
  • Ensure smooth guest check-in, check-out, reservations, and billing processes.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain excellent guest satisfaction scores through proactive service delivery.
  • Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate shift coverage.
  • Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Sales & Marketing, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Monitor room availability, occupancy, and revenue opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Generate operational reports and recommend improvements where necessary.
  • Train and onboard new team members to uphold service excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in a Front Office leadership role within a reputable hotel.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel operations and guest service management.
  • Proficiency in Hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera, IDS, or similar software.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
