We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Quality Control & Grain Processing Supervisor
Location: Zaria, Kaduna
Employment Type: Full-time
Role Summary
- Guarantee every metric ton meets food safety and customer specs. Supervise grain processing and enforce our QA standards end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise grain cleaning, drying, de-stoning, sorting, and bagging
- Implement and monitor HACCP and GMP-based quality procedures
- Conduct in-process checks for moisture, foreign matter, and defects
- Train production staff on quality, hygiene, and corrective actions
- Maintain QA logs, NCRs, and submit daily QC reports.
Requirements
- B.Sc / HND in Food Science, Food Technology, Agriculture, or Chemistry
- 3-5 years in grain milling, food processing, or QA
- Familiar with moisture meters, sieving, and basic lab tests.
