We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resource Supervisor

Location: Benin, Edo

Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate manpower requisition and recruitment activities
• Address employee's grievance and workplace concerns
• Monitor Implementation of the performance appraisal system
• Identify training needs across department
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations and company policies
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
• Laise with trade union and employee representatives when applicable

Qualification/Experience

• Minimum of B.Sc/HND in any social science discipline or related field-Membership of a professional body (CIPM) is an added advantage
• Minimum of 5 years work experience on a supervisory capacity in Human Resources department
• Must have strong communication skill and must be computer literate.
