Role Summary
- Emzor Vaccines, a subsidiary of Emzor, is seeking a Public Health Executive who will be responsible for promoting our vaccine products and supporting public health initiatives.
- The Public Health Executive will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing vaccine-preventable disease screening, vaccination awareness, and advocacy programs across pharmacies, laboratories, corporate organizations, communities, religious centers, and other identified facilities.
- The role supports public health initiatives while driving vaccine uptake and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate vaccine-preventable disease screening and vaccination activities within corporate organizations, religious bodies, schools, and community groups.
- Assess pharmacies, laboratories, corporate organizations, and other healthcare facilities to identify vaccination needs.
- Promote public health awareness and proactively advocate for vaccine-preventable disease prevention programs.
- Organize and implement awareness campaigns, screening exercises, and vaccination outreaches.
- Support vaccine screening and vaccination projects across Lagos and other assigned regions.
- Ensure the effective distribution and visibility of vaccine promotional materials.
- Participate in public health conferences, exhibitions, seminars, and community engagement programs.
- Identify partnership opportunities with healthcare facilities, health/pharmaceutical organizations, NGOs, relevant social clubs, and community groups.
- Generate sales of Hepatitis B vaccines and other assigned vaccine products during outreach activities.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all screening, vaccination, and awareness activities.
- Track vaccination schedules and provide follow-up reminders to clients.
- Prepare periodic activity, sales, and performance reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Microbiology, Public Health, Biological Sciences, or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in public health, health outreach, vaccination programs, or a related field.
Key Competencies:
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of public health awareness and advocacy techniques.
- Understanding of vaccine-preventable diseases and immunization programs.
- Moderate to advanced computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong data collection, reporting, and documentation skills.
- Basic business analytics and reporting capabilities.
