Description
- This is not a passive account management role. This is a prospecting role. You will be the person making calls, generating leads, following up relentlessly, and handing warm opportunities to the MD ready to move. If you're the kind of person who finds genuine satisfaction in booking a meeting that turns into a deal, this is your seat.
What You'll Do
- Prospect across three distinct industry segments — Oil & Gas, Construction, and Corporate Training — using cold calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach
- Qualify leads and manage your pipeline in the CRM with discipline and accuracy
- Follow up on warm contacts and previous engagements — nothing slips through the cracks
- Brief the MD ahead of meetings with context, history, and opportunity sizing
- Produce a weekly pipeline summary — honest, clear, and actionable
- Work closely with our PA on any compliance documentation needed to support proposals.
