Overview

• We are seeking a structured and organized Operations Manager to drive the daily operational excellence of our business.
• The ideal candidate will supervise the consulting and administrative team, oversee high-value client file management, and enforce strict documentation control required for complex global investment programs.
• It also involves designing the structural backbone of our advisory services and ensuring all investment migration files move seamlessly from lead capture to final approval with maximum efficiency and zero errors.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily office running, staff supervision, and team productivity.
• Identify operational gaps, improve workflows, and raise performance standards.
• Build internal templates, SOPs, and design process documentation.
• Manage team tasks, assign work, set due dates, and track progress using Asana.
• Manage sensitive client files and enforce strict documentation control.
• Prepare and present detailed weekly operational reports to the CEO.
• Hold staff accountable professionally while fostering a structured work environment.

Requirements

• Experience in banking, finance, compliance, operations, or a structured corporate environment.
• Knowledge of or a strong interest in the Investment Migration Industry is an added advantage.
• Mastery of Asana (firm requirement for task tracking), Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
• A self-starter and natural leader who takes initiative, leads by example, and works calmly under pressure.
• Proven experience writing SOPs, building templates, and showing extreme attention to detail.
• High integrity, absolute discretion with confidential data, and sound judgement.

Salary
N400,000 monthly.
