Job Summary

• We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our ICT team and support the successful delivery of enterprise infrastructure projects.

What You'll Do

• As a Project Coordinator, you'll play a key role in coordinating ICT infrastructure projects from planning to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
• You'll work with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders across a broad range of technology initiatives, including:
  • Network Infrastructure (LAN/WAN, Routing & Switching)
  • Server Implementation & Migration
  • Storage Solutions
  • Structured Cabling
  • CCTV & Physical Security Systems
  • ISP Connectivity & Telecommunications
  • Data Center Infrastructure
  • Cloud Infrastructure Integration

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience coordinating or managing ICT infrastructure projects.
• Hands-on exposure to enterprise infrastructure environments, including networking, servers, storage, structured cabling, CCTV, ISP connectivity, and data center projects.
• Strong project planning, stakeholder management, communication, and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and other project management tools.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and basic cybersecurity principles is an added advantage.
