Job Title: Human Resource Clerk
Location: Benin, Edo
Duties and Responsibilities
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new employees
- Maintain recruitment records
- Provide guidance on company policies and procedures
- Maintain training records and evaluate training effectiveness
- Interpreting and communicate HR policies to employees and managers
- Update HR database and personnel file
Qualifications/Experience
- Minimum of OND/NCE in any Social Science discipline or related field
- Minimum of 3 years work experience
- Must be computer literate-must have good communication and interpersonal skill.
