We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Factory Officer
Location: Zaria, Kaduna
Employment Type: Full-time
Role Summary
- Coordinate daily factory activities to meet production targets safely and efficiently.
- You’ll own the shift floor and drive output with zero compromise on safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise daily production shifts to meet tonnage and quality targets
- Monitor equipment utilization and minimize unplanned downtime
- Ensure strict compliance with SOPs, GMP, and safety procedures
- Prepare daily production reports: output, losses, downtime, labor utilization
Requirements
- HND / B.Eng in Mechanical, Agricultural, or Production Engineering.
- OND + experience considered
- 3+ years in factory/production supervision, food/grain processing preferred
- Basic troubleshooting and team leadership ability
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing is an advantage.
