We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Senior Event Coordinator / Manager

Location: Nigeria

Description

  • Lead the conceptualization, strategy and flawless execution of high-profile brand experiences, activations and launches from pitch to post-event report.

Key Responsibilties

  • Strategic Event Conceptualization - Translate brand objectives into event concepts and experiential strategies. Lead ideation sessions, develop creative run-of-shows, and ensure every event delivers on brand, business and cultura goals.
  • End-to-End Event Management & Execution - Own full event lifecycle planning, budgeting, vendor management, production, staffing.
  • risk management, and onsite leadership.
  • Budget, P&L & Commercial Ownership - Develop detailed budget, negotiate vendor contracts and deliver events within budget without compromising experience quality.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management - Manage expectations, present concepts, handle approvals and ensure client experience matches delivery.
  • Network Management - Build and manage a network of premium vendors, venues, production houses, talent, and suppliers. Negotiate terms, maintain relationships and ensure service excellence.
  • Risk, Compliance & Reporting - Own event risk assessments, health & safety, permits and compliance.

Requirements

  • 5 - 7 years managing large-scale corporate, brand and experiential events.
  • Portfolio of high-profile events required.
  • Commercial Acumen - Proven ability to manage and deliver profitable events.
  • Strategic & Creative Thinking - Can conceptualize experiences that are culturally relevant, brand-aligned and commercially measurable
  • Operational Excellence - Obsessive about timelines, details, contingency planning and flawless delivery.
