Job Title: Human Resources Intern (NYSC)
Location: Lagos

Role Focus
- Support the growth and maintenance of our expanding workforce framework, from chefs to administrative teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining HR frameworks, onboarding, and personnel files.
- Support the recruitment pipeline, including coordinating interview schedules and drafting offer letters.
- Monitor staff compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational guidelines.
- Assist with internal welfare tracking and team documentation.
