We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head, Wealth Management and Investment Advisory

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Drive acquisition of HNI, corporate, institutional, and strategic investment clients.
• Develop and execute strategies for AUM growth, client retention, and revenue generation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, institutions, and key stakeholders.
• Provide investment advisory services across fixed income securities, mutual funds, structured products, and alternative investments.
• Assess client objectives and risk profiles, recommending suitable investment solutions.
• Support investment product development, structuring, marketing, and business expansion initiatives.
• Serve as Senior Relationship Manager for key accounts and strategic clients.
• Provide market intelligence and strategic insights to support business growth and partnerships.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Wealth Management team.
• Ensure compliance with SEC regulations, AML/KYC requirements, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CIS, CFA, ACA, or an MBA will be an added advantage.
• 8–10 years' experience in Wealth Management, Investment Advisory, Asset Management, Private Banking, or Capital Markets.
• Proven network and relationships with HNIs, corporate clients, and institutional investors.
• Strong business development, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Sound understanding of financial markets, investment products, portfolio management, and client advisory services.
