We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Wealth Management Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Drive client acquisition and investment mobilization efforts.
• Build and manage relationships with HNIs, corporate clients, and strategic investors.
• Promote investment products including fixed income, mutual funds, structured products, and alternative investments.
• Understand client financial goals and recommend suitable investment solutions.
• Support portfolio reviews, client retention, and relationship management activities.
• Collaborate with the Investment and Wealth Management teams to deliver exceptional client service.
• Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, SEC, and internal regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective investors and business opportunities.

Success in this Role Will Be Measured By:

• Assets Under Management (AUM) Mobilized
• New Client Acquisition
• Investment Sales Revenue Generated
• Client Retention and Satisfaction
• Growth in Existing Client Portfolios
• Compliance and Documentation Accuracy

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CIS, CFA Level I, ACA, or related qualifications will be an added advantage.
• 3–5 years' experience in Wealth Management, Investment Advisory, Asset Management, Banking, Private Banking, Capital Markets, or Financial Services.
• Proven experience in client acquisition, relationship management, and investment sales.
• Strong understanding of investment products and financial markets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
