Job Title: Cashier

Locations: Lagos and Enugu
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary

• We are looking for a reliable, honest, and customer-focused Cashier to join our client's team across two locations.
• The successful candidates will be responsible for handling financial transactions accurately, attending to customers professionally, and maintaining the smooth daily operations of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer payments accurately via cash, POS, and other accepted payment methods
• Issue receipts and ensure every transaction is properly recorded
• Balance the cash register at the start and end of every shift without discrepancies
• Maintain accurate daily transactio records and report.
• Monitor and report cash shortages, float discrepancies, or suspicious transactions.

Requirements

• Minimum of Senior School Certificate Examination or equivalent
• Previous experience as a Cashier or in a similar customer-facing role is an advantage
• Strong numerical skills and ability to handle cash with accuracy and integrity
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Honest, responsible, and highly detail-oriented
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Smart appearance and professional conduct at all times.
