Job Title: English Language Teacher

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a passionate and qualified English Language Teacher to deliver engaging lessons that develop students' reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
• The successful candidate will create a positive learning environment, assess student progress, and contribute to the academic success of the school.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver effective English Language lessons in line with the school curriculum.
• Assess, monitor, and report on students' academic progress.
• Prepare lesson plans, classwork, assignments, and examinations.
• Maintain discipline and foster a supportive classroom environment.
• Participate in staff meetings, school activities, and professional development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field.
• Teaching qualification (TRCN certification is an advantage).
• Minimum of 2 years' teaching experience in a primary or secondary school.
• Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other basic educational technology tools.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 per month.
