Our scope of operation includes residential housing development and management, site and services estate development, joint venture developments and Financial advisory.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Legal / HR Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements

• Minimum BL / LLB Degree
• Minimum 4 years Post Law school working experience in the real estate or similar industry.
• Admission to the Bar Association and a valid practicing license/Seal.
• Ability to multitask in different roles with a good problem-solving skill.
• Strong negotiation skills with a knack for Closing deals
• Applicant not to be older than 45 years old.

Salary
Negotiable.
