Job Summary
- As part of its strategic growth plans, the organisation is seeking an accomplished Business Head to lead one of its premium lifestyle and mobility business divisions in Nigeria.
- This executive leadership role offers full ownership of business strategy, commercial performance, retail operations, dealer development, institutional sales, and overall profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for the business unit and drive sustainable growth.
- Own and manage the full Profit & Loss (P&L) for the division.
- Develop and execute a long-term business growth strategy.
- Drive premium retail operations and customer experience.
- Build and expand a nationwide dealer and distribution network.
- Develop institutional and corporate sales channels.
- Lead, coach, and develop high-performing commercial teams.
- Identify market opportunities, monitor industry trends, and strengthen brand positioning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 12 years' progressive commercial leadership experience.
- At least 5 years in a senior business leadership role.
- Demonstrated success managing P&L and driving profitable business growth.
- Strong experience in retail operations, dealer/channel management, and corporate sales.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
