Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive

Locations: Abuja; Lagos; Owerri - Imo; Akwa Ibom; Enugu & Asaba - Delta
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

• Are you passionate about sales, marketing, and helping people secure their dream properties? Do you have excellent communication and negotiation skills? If yes, we want you to join our growing team!

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and convert property sales leads.
• Market and promote the company's real estate products and services.
• Conduct property inspections and site tours with prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Prepare and submit sales reports.
• Follow up on inquiries and close sales opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc.Degree in any discipline.
• Previous sales or marketing experience is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and result-driven.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
