Job Title: Fund Mobilization Executive

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Fund Mobilization Executive to drive deposit mobilization, build strong client relationships, and support the organization's growth by attracting and retaining individual and corporate investors.
  • The Fund Mobilization Executive will be responsible for sourcing and managing investment funds from individuals, corporate organizations, and institutional clients.
  • The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, promoting the company's investment products, and achieving fund mobilization targets.

Responsibilities

  • Drive fund mobilization by acquiring individual, corporate, and institutional investors.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase the company's investment portfolio.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Promote the company's investment and financial products to potential investors.
  • Conduct client presentations, meetings, and follow-ups to drive conversions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly fund mobilization targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and investment activities using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and excellent client experience.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the investment process.

Requirements

  • First Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years' experience in fund mobilization, investment sales, relationship management, business development, or a similar role within the financial services or fintech industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales or fund mobilization targets.
  • Strong knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and wealth management services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM applications.
  • Strong networking, presentation, and business development skills.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a target-driven environment.
