Job Title: Sales Executive

Locations: Abuja (FCT), Lagos, and Port Harcourt - Rivers

About the Role

• ASA Security Limited is seeking experienced and results-driven Sales Executives to join our team in Lagos, Abuja, and Port Harcourt.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company's security solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across target sectors.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and institutional clients.
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and revenue objectives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Provide regular sales reports and pipeline updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5 - 10 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably within security services, technology, telecommunications, facilities management, or related industries.
• Strong business development and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Good understanding of corporate sales processes and client acquisition strategies.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
