Job Summary

• The Head of Academic is the Chief Academic Officer of CIFM, responsible for academic strategy, curriculum development, faculty leadership, research advancement, quality assurance, and student experience excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership and management of academic strategy.
• Develop and deliver high-quality academic and training programmes.
• Manage curriculum development and accreditation.
• Lead faculty recruitment, development, and performance.
• Oversee student admissions, progress, and experience.
• Drive research initiatives and industry partnerships.
• Ensure quality assurance and compliance.
• Manage academic budgets and resources.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Master of Science Degree in Insurance, Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• AIIN or FIIN qualification preferred.
• 7 - 10 years of working experience in academic leadership, including senior roles.
• Strong curriculum development and executive education experience.
• Academic leadership experience and insurance/finance industry knowledge.
• Demonstrated ability to build academic credibility and programme growth.
