Job Summary

• We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Supervisor to oversee sales and marketing activities across Lagos, the South West region, and Abuja.
• The ideal candidate will drive market expansion, supervise field activities, strengthen distributor and retail relationships, and increase the visibility and sales of the company's home care, dry, and wet product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate field sales and marketing activities within the assigned territory.
• Drive sales growth and achieve monthly performance targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retail customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
• Ensure effective product visibility, merchandising, and promotional execution.
• Monitor stock availability and coordinate with distributors to prevent stock-outs.
• Gather market intelligence and provide reports on competitor activities and customer trends.
• Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of field sales representatives.
• Prepare regular sales and market performance reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales or marketing, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Experience in FMCG, particularly home care, dry, or wet products, is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Good analytical and reporting abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be willing to travel regularly within the assigned territory.

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 per month.
