Job Title: Area Sales Manager - Home Care Products

Locations: Gwagwalada and Garki - Abuja (FCT) and Niger

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to drive sales growth and market expansion for our Home Care product portfolio across Niger, Gwagwalada, and Garki.
• The successful candidate will manage distributors, expand market coverage, build strong customer relationships, and ensure the achievement of sales targets within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key retail accounts.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Monitor distributor performance, stock levels, and product availability.
• Lead, coach, and supervise field sales representatives to improve performance.
• Ensure effective product visibility, merchandising, and promotional activities.
• Conduct regular market visits to gather customer insights and monitor competitor activities.
• Prepare and submit periodic sales and market performance reports.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company sales policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of  experience in FMCG sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or area sales management role.
• Experience in Home Care products is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be familiar with the North Central market and willing to travel frequently.

Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 monthly.
