Job Title: HR / Admin Manager

Location: Calabar, Cross River
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • They are seeking a highly experienced HR/Admin Manager to oversee its human resources and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all HR and administrative operations.
  • Develop and implement performance management systems and processes.
  • Coordinate employee training, learning, and development programs.
  • Drive talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
  • Manage workforce planning, recruitment, and retention strategies.
  • Supervise administrative functions and facility management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years' HR management experience, preferably in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing.
  • Proven experience in Performance Management and Employee Training & Development.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, etc.) will be an added advantage.
  • Professionals willing to relocate are welcomed.
