Job Title: HR / Admin Manager
Location: Calabar, Cross River

Job Summary
- They are seeking a highly experienced HR/Admin Manager to oversee its human resources and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all HR and administrative operations.
- Develop and implement performance management systems and processes.
- Coordinate employee training, learning, and development programs.
- Drive talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
- Manage workforce planning, recruitment, and retention strategies.
- Supervise administrative functions and facility management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years' HR management experience, preferably in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing.
- Proven experience in Performance Management and Employee Training & Development.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, etc.) will be an added advantage.
- Professionals willing to relocate are welcomed.
