Job Title: HR / Admin Manager
Location: Ogoja, Cross River

Summary
- We are seeking a competent and results-driven HR/Admin Manager to lead its HR and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all human resources and administrative activities across the organization.
- Design and implement effective performance management systems.
- Develop and coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and disciplinary processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry standards.
- Support organizational development and workforce planning initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports and provide strategic HR support to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' HR management experience in Manufacturing, Agro-processing, or Rice Production operations.
- Demonstrated expertise in Performance Management and Training & Development.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional HR certification is an added advantage.
- Professionals willing to relocate are welcomed.
