Job Title: HR / Admin Manager

Location: Ogoja, Cross River
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary

  • We are seeking a competent and results-driven HR/Admin Manager to lead its HR and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all human resources and administrative activities across the organization.
  • Design and implement effective performance management systems.
  • Develop and coordinate employee training and development programs.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and disciplinary processes.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Support organizational development and workforce planning initiatives.
  • Prepare HR reports and provide strategic HR support to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' HR management experience in Manufacturing, Agro-processing, or Rice Production operations.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Performance Management and Training & Development.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional HR certification is an added advantage.
  • Professionals willing to relocate are welcomed.
