Job Summary

• A waiter or waitress is responsible for providing excellent customer service by ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat customers.
• Present menus and explain food and beverage options.
• Take customer orders accurately.
• Serve food and drinks promptly.
• Check on customers during their meals.
• Handle customer requests and complaints professionally.
• Process bills and payments.
• Set up and clear tables.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.
