Role Description

  • The Business Operations Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Ikotun, Lagos State.
  • This role supports daily business operations, including coordinating workflows, tracking project progress, and ensuring smooth execution of internal processes.
  • The associate will assist with data collection and analysis to support decision-making, monitor key performance indicators, and help prepare operational and financial reports. Day-to-day tasks include supporting cross-functional teams, helping to streamline processes, and contributing to the implementation of operational policies and procedures.
  • The role also involves collaborating with stakeholders to resolve operational issues, maintaining documentation, and supporting budgeting, forecasting, and basic financial tracking activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of a 2:1 grade in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong business operations skills, including process coordination, workflow management, and basic project support.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships across teams and work effectively in a diverse environment.
  • Solid analytical skills, including comfort with data, reporting, and using metrics to inform decisions.
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Foundational finance knowledge, such as budgeting support, expense tracking, and understanding of basic financial concepts.
  • Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace), especially Excel or Sheets for data handling.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced media and digital environment.
  • Previous experience in media, entertainment, or a digital-first company is an advantage but not required.
