Job Title: Customer Service Officer

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Description

• The Customer Service Representative will serve as the first point of contact between the company and its customers.
• The role involves handling customer inquiries, taking food orders, resolving complaints, and ensuring a smooth, friendly, and professional customer experience in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to customers via phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins
• Take food orders accurately and confirm all details with customers
• Provide clear and accurate information about menu items, prices, and promotions
• Handle customer complaints politely and resolve issues promptly
• Liaise with kitchen and delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate service
• Track and record customer orders, feedback, and complaints
• Patience and attention to details
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and positive attitude at all times
• Support sales by encouraging add-ons and repeat orders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc. (added advantage)
• English and Linguistics or related field is an added advantage
• Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative is required
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English
• Knowledge of local languages is an added advantage.
