They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Social Media Manager

Location: Alimosho, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid, 2 days on-site per week)

Role Overview

  • We are seeking a Social Media Manager to drive our online presence and community engagement.
  • This role is hybrid, offering flexibility with remote work and only up to 2 days on-site weekly.
  • You will be responsible for managing our social media channels, creating engaging content, and building a strong digital brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to grow brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create, schedule, and manage content across platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).
  • Monitor analytics and performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
  • Engage with online communities and respond to customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with the branding and design team to ensure cohesive messaging.
  • Stay updated on social media trends and apply them creatively.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor`s Degree
  • Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or start-ups.
  • Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
  • Creative mindset with ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.
  • Knowledge of Lagos food and lifestyle culture is a plus.
