Job Title: Social Media Manager
Location: Alimosho, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid, 2 days on-site per week)
Role Overview
- We are seeking a Social Media Manager to drive our online presence and community engagement.
- This role is hybrid, offering flexibility with remote work and only up to 2 days on-site weekly.
- You will be responsible for managing our social media channels, creating engaging content, and building a strong digital brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies to grow brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, schedule, and manage content across platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).
- Monitor analytics and performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
- Engage with online communities and respond to customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the branding and design team to ensure cohesive messaging.
- Stay updated on social media trends and apply them creatively.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor`s Degree
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or start-ups.
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
- Creative mindset with ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.
- Knowledge of Lagos food and lifestyle culture is a plus.
